Tax Depreciation Request

Tax depreciation is the key to increasing cashflow upon residential investment properties. A tax depreciation schedule outlines all available property depreciation deductions you can claim at tax time. Tax advice should be sought from a certified Tax Accountant. Landlord Insurance

Although not an obligation, we highly recommend you consider a landlord insurance policy. Landlord insurance covers you for tenant-related risks including loss of rental income and loss or damage to your contents and building by the tenant in residential tenancies. Water Charging

Landlords can pass on the full water consumption to a tenant if:

  • The rental premises are individually metered
  • The tenancy agreement states the tenant must pay for water consumption
  • The rental premises are water efficient (Wels compliant) We will assist you if required to ensure your property meets the water saving criteria to ensure full water consumption may be sought from the tenants. This will involve arranging a certified plumbing contractor.
